I take my time to make sure your wedding film looks and feels perfect. Typically, the full highlight film is delivered within 3–5 weeks, but I always aim for sooner. If you need a quick turnaround, I offer rush editing options too.

2. Can you provide more details about what’s included in each package (e.g., exact filming hours, number of edits, deliverable formats)?

Absolutely! Each package includes 8 hours of filming, high-quality 4K video, and a carefully edited highlight film. The more premium packages add things like a second camera person, extra pre-wedding coverage, and full ceremony/speech recordings. Everything is delivered via a digital download and an online gallery for easy sharing. If you need raw footage or extra edits, we can customize a package to fit exactly what you want.

3. Do you travel outside of Nashville, and are there any additional travel fees?

Yes! I’m based in Nashville, but I travel for video shoots all the time. For weddings within a 2-hour drive, there’s no extra fee. If it’s further, I just ask for travel and lodging to be covered, and we’ll work out the details together so everything’s smooth and stress-free.

4. How do you handle backup equipment or unexpected technical issues on the wedding day?

I always come prepared. I bring multiple cameras, extra batteries, memory cards, and audio recorders to make sure nothing is missed. Plus, I have a backup system in place for your footage, so once I shoot, your memories are safe. I’ve been doing this for over 10 years, and I’ve seen it all—so trust me, I got you.

5. What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Life happens, and I try to be as fair as possible. The deposit is non-refundable since it locks in your date and prevents me from booking other couples. If you need to reschedule, I’ll work with you to move the date with no extra charge (as long as I’m available). If you have to fully cancel, refunds depend on how close we are to the wedding date. We can go over the details in the contract, so everything is clear from the start.

6. Are there options to customize or add-on services if we need more coverage or extra moments captured?

100%. Every wedding is different, so I offer add-ons like extra hours, raw footage, drone shots, and engagement sessions. If you have a specific vision, let’s talk about it and I’ll put together something custom just for you.

7. How does the pre-wedding interview process work, and what can we expect from it?

The Love Story Interview is a chance for you and your partner to sit down, relax, and talk about your journey together—how you met, what you love about each other, and what this day means to you. I’ll guide the conversation so it feels natural and fun, and then I weave those moments into your wedding film to make it even more personal.

8. What are the rights regarding the final film—will we have full digital access, and can we share it on social media?

Yes, you’ll receive full digital access to your wedding film, and you’re free to post and share however you like. I just ask for a little credit when sharing on Instagram or TikTok (@everyvideoisart), but other than that, it’s all yours to enjoy!
